There are some journal articles that reported well diffusion method to determine the antimicrobial activity of silver nanoparticles. Meanwhile, some reported disc diffusion method. Which method is suitable for this purpose?
Plz refer this review paper, Article Methods for in vitro evaluating antimicrobial activity: A review
It describes advantages and limitations of many methods.
Kindly go through MIC method, which is most acceptable in Microbiology.
Either Macro or Micro Dilution.
Regards
Thank you Ms. Madhuni
