the answer depends on which bacteria you expect to grow. It is best to use selective sterilized enrichment culture medium for bacteria growth with a fungicide to avoid fungi contamination. There are a lot of publication for bacteria growth media. I am attaching one of them. Please find it.

Hello, usually you can use nystatin at 50 microgram per ml (PPM) and cycloheximide as mentioned in first answer at concentration of 100 PPM.

You can use Nystatin or Cyclohexmide or Benomyl to prevent fungal growth in Petri dishes.
