Hi everyone.

I'm trying to analyse my data with SPSS, yet I'm stuck at deciding which test to use. I extracted collagen from the same raw material by using 8 different procedures. I then measured the collagen concentration in these 8 extracts in triplicate. I now want to see which means are significantly different. I thought I needed to use repeated measures ANOVA, as I have used the same raw material for all procedures, so observations are not independent. Is this correct? Also when I do this, the Mauchly's test of Sphericity does not give a Sig. value so I am not sure what to do about this. Any tips?
