I have grown Arabidopsis plants on rock wool and when i supplied MS media (liquid) to them there was fungal contamination on rock wool but as i stop giving MS media stock there was control over the contamination, i have harvested seeds from that plants but now i am afraid that whether these seeds will be fungal contaminated or whether it is ok to work with them
please help me with this query..!

Rouhollah's suggestion will do. But, I am wondering-- what is the purpose you grew Arabidopsis on rock wool. Does that have a special purpose? Most people grow them either in soil or on medium.
Edit: Never mind. I found the answer. It is a material for hydroponics.

Yes its correct that we use rock wool because it provide good platform for hydroponics and also it provide a buffering reservoir of nutrient solution around the root zone of plants
and if talk something more its also convenient for floral dip method

Thanks for response. But, if you just want to grow plants for floral dip genetic transformation, why don't you just grow them in the soil and feed them with regular N-P-K fertilizer, instead of MS liquid medium in hydroponics?? Won't the MS liquid medium (containing sugar) attract many microbes to infect?? Or do you have to add special substance (treatment) in hydroponic solution for your research?
