I am planning to do some research according to an experiment protocol, which needs E. Coli NC11. But I cannot find where to buy it. Did anyone have any ideas on this?

My other suggestion is to look for the recent papers and that gives you an idea of where the authors got it. Or it is okay to directly ask the corresponding author if he/she can share a stab culture of it and you can acknowledge them in your publications. I only found one reference to it in a quick search and it looks like a natural isolate that the authors found themselves. In which case you will need to get it directly from them. However you could probably use any ESBL strain of E. coli, depending upon the research.
