When a scientific paper is published and appears at the journal web page online - what collection system is usually the first to include it in the index? Google Scholar, Scopus, or Web of Knowledge? In other words, where should I seek for the most recent papers, if not in the journal/publisher pages?
But I personally check all the three on a daily basis, just in case.

I agree with both. Google is the fastest. Regarding Scopus and Web of Science, we must bear in mind that these databases don't cover the same set of journals, although there is a large overlap between them. So maybe some journals aren't indexed in both databases.
Just some information for others who may be interested: when I posted my previous reply here (22 days ago), an interesting article had just appeared on Google Scholar. So far it has not been indexed neither by WoS nor by Scopus (the journal is indexed by the both databases). Hence, it is clear that Scholar with its alerts is likely the fastest way to taste the most fresh pieces of science. However, Scopus alerts are more flexible for setup, in my opinion.

If google is that fast ONLY because (or connected with) indexing in ISI, then how comes that a paper appears in Scholar faster than in Web of Scence?
i am new comer on this researchgate, i upload my publications yesterday but untill today i havent see it on google scholar, any idea how to make my publication appear on google scholar? its automatic or there is some way? thanks for answer
ResearchGate is not a publication source, so uploading youy work here will not lead the publication indexing by any of the systems unless the source journal is indexed itself. Moreover, the speed of indexing is not influenced by uploading the paper here, I guess.
As I have not spotted a single paper from "SimanteC" on google scholar, so I seriously doubt that this is indexed at all.
