Unfortunately, we don't have standard and open landslide inventory data as a benchmark for landslide studies. That is the main reason why landslide research is not progressing well especially susceptibility modelling.

First, for the inventory maps you should collect data from the field. Then after all geospatial analysis, needed to create the landslide susceptibility mapping, you should run some machine learning-based solutions to find the relations between influential factors and the actual possibility of landslides. This can be done either with WEKA or Matlab.

It is difficult to find a complete and an open-source inventory dataset for landslide so you should collect such data from different sources including agencies and prepare it to be used by a machine learning algorithm.
