You can have a look at the (Open) process handbook developed by the MIT. The handbook database can be accessed through a dedicated tool, which is freely available from the project website http://ccs.mit.edu/ophi/index.htm.

first of all, every business has its process that suit with its contemporary situation. any way if you seek for some pattern i also recommend you to take look at hand books and other similar organisation documentation in your interest field. by the way some BPM software have pre designed process library that, if you can access one, are good touch.
