Dear ResearchGate community,
We are in the process of isolating and characterising two peptides/proteins (~15 kDa and ~35 kDa). We will obviously want to sequence them, but I have no idea how to go about this. Are there commercial companies that will do this for us? If so, how much (roughly) would it cost (so we can include it in a project application), and how much sample would they need? And purity? Any help to get us started on this would be gratefully received.

There also services offering Edman degradation sequencing, however, they seem to become increasingly superseeded by Mass spec based sequencing.
Googling "Protein Sequencing Services" will list both types of sequencing services,
