I'm working on the MEMS thermal flow sensing applications at high temperatures. So, I'm looking for a thermal anemometer that can measure hot air flow velocity (from few mm/s to ten's of m/s) at temperatures (ambient to 500 deg Celsius). I have looked for few vendors and the prices are so high. It would be great if anyone could lead me to the manufacturer with a reasonable price or share a few articles or resources that use this spec sensor at high temperatures. Thank you in advance.
Do you need it for reference? The cost is very sensitive to the required accuracy and measurement range. I can assemble something starting from $500 to your specs, but i am sure my reference flow meters dynamic range are not good enough for calibration from 0.001 to 30 m/s. May be 2 anemometers - for low and high speeds - are better solution.
