Dear all, I know there are several ways for us to connect the single muscle fiber to the test machine when we want to do the research about the contractile properties of single muscle fiber. I guess T-clip is the easier way for me, but my problem is wher could I purchase the T-clip? Anyone who has an idea? Thank you.

In my experience suture loops work perfectly for the single fibre setup - it just requires a bit of practice. Here's an excellent JOVE study which covers the protocol in detail.

Don't buy them, just cut small pieces of aluminum foil with iridectomy scissors. Aurora is a great company, but don't waste your time/money.

Thank you for your answer and I know the suture loop also works for the sinlge muscle fiber, but in my case I used the T-clips first and it seems easier than the suture loop. Also, in our lab, the hook is made for T-clip.Thank you very much for the video in JOVE. I think I will have a try for the suture loop if possible.
