I have the same question, specifically I'm looking for high-frequency clinical data of COVID-19 patients (e.g., blood oxygen level, blood pressure, etc.). I've seen many links to GitHub repositories, but they only contain daily statistics of confirmed/recovered/death cases for various regions worldwide, not the clinical high-frequency time series.
Have you found anything of these since you asked your question in March?
