I am looking for literature covering the condition of concrete engineering structures in Europe and globally. I am not looking for guidelines for the condition assessment, but for data, surveys and reports about the actual condition of structures worldwide.

If you find it, I would love it if you share it with me. In Canada we issue an infrastructure report card, and so does the United States. These documents get updated regularly and give a broad view and very useful data. These are easy to retrieve online. There is some limited similar practice though in a different form in some European countries and Australia, I am not all that up-to-date on that. Big infrastructure owners like China and India remain somewhat obscure in this regard.
