Can i know where can i get or someone in this researchgate have the data base. I already try to find but there is no free donwload.

There are some free database available online, you can match and download the CIF (Crystallographic Information File) files according to your sample.

1. Crystallography Open Database (Search Google)

2. Bilbao Crystallographic Server

3. NIMS Materials Database etc.

All are free database.
