AFM, FESEM,SEM AND TEM also in surface characterization. Can i know the different between this?

Well, Many differences concerning Use, Application , method , purpose and achieving Resolution .

Please make question clear so that we can put some thoughts , what you really want to characterize? and what you want to see.
