For my case, i already test my organic photovoltaic under the sun and show the solar cell behaviour when i read current and voltage reading. but unfortunately when i connect with keithley sourcemeter 2450 the I-V curve shows not good. Can someone suggest or give opponion about this?? how about connection to measure solar with keithley 2450?

What you mean measure OPV under the sun?
If you are using solar simulator, it connected with Keithley and you can directly get the IV curve. If it not good , maybe you need to recheck the reference.

The emerging PV, DSSC, PSC, ..., have the capacity effect and hysteresis effect. Therefore, I-V of the device show forward/backward can't overlap.
