I have been working on peptide vaccine for SARS-CoV-2 or COVID-19 and also recently published some analysis on mutational changes in this virus. It would have been really helpful if I could get detailed information about infected patients countrywise. Like, age, sex, blood group, other medical cases etc. Is there any database available or sources known?

Probably, the database for coronavirus patients detailing is now not ready. Since researches are going on and patients' details across the globe are at a very early stage, it means it not being formally constructed. Once everything gets over, then based on retrieved data from different places, databases could be created. But what you are looking for is too early in nature.
Well, Indian govt. has allowed access to the covid19 patient's sample for research purposes for all those labs who have the facility. You can collaborate with the virology lab, present your research, and ask them to do collaborative study and match your finding with wet-lab data. They will generate possible data and you can validate them with ur obtained data based on your designed parameters.
