Where can I find the quantitative phase analysis (rietveld analysis) of WO3 using powder diffraction data?

I am in need of the quantitative phase analysis of WO3 using powder diffraction data. My lab is open to collaboration if we can get some useful information about the phases using the Rietveld method.
