I might be old fashioned, but why don't you just look up the references. (Journal of Physics: Condensed Matter' 1997 9 6563 and Journal of Physics and Chemistry of Solids' 1995 56 1305). Most of what you are looking for should be published in tables and you can create your own cif based on the unit cell and the atomic positions.
Both 84150 and 80056 (two entries for WO3) show up on the ICSD website just fine for me. Are you sure you entered your search terms correctly? Do a "Basic Search" and enter the number in the field "Collection Code".
I have a demo version of ICSD which could be the reason I cannot see it. I tried the way mentioned by you. My institution's library does not have a suscription of ICSD.

If you are looking for data on given materials and the exact ICSD pattern number is not important, you might try the (free) database provided by NIMS in Japan:
