I am looking for publications or book where the valence band and conduction band edge potential values with energy band gap values of single and multiwalled carbon nanotubes are determined and presented. Please help

Hi Mahabubur,

There is a lot of literature on UV-Vis measurements for band gap determination, but the particular value you get will depend on the chirality and the diameter of the tube in question. You might also want to look at UPS etc..
