I am a Ed.D candidate in St. Paul, Minnesota and I am doing research regarding the use and effectiveness of leadership programs (Minnesota currently has none). I am researching and familiar with the NFHS Captains leadership program and what the state of Michigan uses for leadership but would like guidance as to where else I could/should look. Any and all help is appreciated.
There are many different types of leadership training courses available, and the one your organization chooses for its leaders depends on the challenges and needs of your organization, as well as the level of the individual leader. Some training programs focus on immersive, hands-on simulations and developmental experiences, while others are online-only courses that enable leaders to develop their skills from anywhere.
