I checked sigma and ABD Bioscience but all I have found are labeled anti-Ig antibodies. I need it unlabeled and purified. Now I've found one from SoutherBiotech, it is a rat anti mouse IgG1, purified and with minimal crossreactivity, Ct no1144-01. I hope it will work for me. any other suggestion will be very welcome
Ram is perfectly right. In my opinion, Jackson is usually the best provider for selection of secondary antibodies of high quality and different characteristics.
Many immunologists are turning to avian immunoglobulins, which are produced from immunizing female chickens or ducks and purifying the maternal Ig from their egg yolk. These often work well in mammalian systems because of their evolutionary distance from mammals. You may want to consider one of these.
