Dear Binod,

shunt resistance (Rsh) related with device (you can find it from dark current), and series resistance (Rs) related with light current.

Rs and Rsh can be calculated from the slope near from Vm (maximum voltage) and Isc (short circuit current), respectively.

where Rs =dalta V/dalta I=1/slope near from Vm

Rsh= dalta V/dalta I=1/slope near from Isc

you find the slope from the data of I-V characterization.
