What specifically are you looking for? A long-term database with macrobenthic infaunal densities and biomass? If so, a good long-term data base from a temperate estuary is generated by the Chesapeake Bay Program in the US. There are fixed point and random locations. The data can be found at:

There are nearly 30 years of fixed point data and almost 20 of random data available.

I don't know what the objectives of your study are but this data set might help you.
