Go to AAPG web site open Datafile archives and look for Bally tectonic maps of the world , you only need to be member. 

You can also find those maps in Elsevier book by Roberts and Bally on Regional Tectonics

Hanbiao -  I've attached a high resolution map of modern plate boundaries and the age of the ocean floor that may be of use to you.   I've also attached an atlas of plate tectonic reconstructions back through time. These are rough drafts of maps that will appear in my book - "Earth History: Evolution of the Earth System".  -CR Scotese
