There are no sufficient antibodies for aromatase that I have ever found. I can give you sequence/primers for an mRNA probe if you want. There is also a LacZ reporter mouse (Wu et al. Cell 2009) and an aromatase-Cre mouse (Unger et al. Cell Reports 2015) available from JAX if you're working in mice.

I did find antibodies from abcam. Now i am looking for a pure or crude Aromatase enzyme to use as control in western blot. Do you know a source for buying or getting Aromatase enzyme ?
