Need help determining the best statistical test for a set of data.
Project description:
Looking at quantitative levels of a biomaker produced in test subjects that undergo temporary full versus partial aortic occlusion. We sampled serum at 5 different time points across the study time.
Need a statistical test to best analyze this data. Each of the two groups has at least 5 subjects.
Thought about two-way ANOVA with time and the intervention (full versus partial occlusion) being the independent variables and the level of the biomarkers being the dependent variable. But not 100% sure can consider time to be independent variable. Don't think the data would fit a Gaussian distribution either or at least can't make that assumption.
Thank you in advance.
