Dear all,
I would like to test an anti-nitric oxide synthase (NOS) antibody in echinoderm. I could read that the universal anti-NOS from thermofisher (PA1-039) was commonly used, also in invertebrates, as the corresponding sequence is highly conserved among the different NOS isoforms. However, this particular anti-NOS, for some unknown reason, is not anymore available in the company. I would like to know if someone knows another universal anti-NOS which has been already tested in invertebrates?

Monoclonal antibody clone NOS-3F7-B11-B5 is reactive with uNOS, but not sure it will work in your echinoderm. We know of 3 suppliers at the moment:
