I found air bubbles in the cured epoxy coatings. I do not have a vacuum oven, vacuum pump, thinky mixer, etc. in order to remove the entrapped air. I came to know that there are bubble release agents or additives available in the market. Where can I buy them from India?

Actually for this problem yiu please use cotton roller while doing composite. The cotton roller will observe the moisture and air bubbles. Try it

I am not from India, but maybe I can help. I think you are looking for surfactants. Alternatively, have you considered using a hot air gun to help breaking the surface tension and bursting the bubbles in the epoxy?

@Andrey. I have used hair dryer and I have observed that bubbles on the surface they break, but the ones dee inside don't. May be I should pour the resin to a vessel which is more like a tray so that all the bubbles are on the surface.Recently, I am sonicating the resin for 20 minutes; 98% of the bubbles go away by this method. However, when the hardener is mixed, new bubbles get introduced.
