I realize project using AFLP markers. Most of chemicals are from the Life Technologies. I've just found out that they do not have any more AFLP Amplification Core mix. Maybe somebody knows a replacement of Life Technologies' core mix? Does any other company producing chemicals for AFLP exist?

Thank you very much for your answers. The Biocompare company sells kits for AFLP analysis, but these kits include all chemicals. I need only one mixture which was possible to buy separately from Life Technologies.
I've found that the Perkin Elmer Applied Biosystems is a former name of Life Technologies :( However, I am very grateful for your promts.
