Soil Moisture corp do a decent corer for collecting intact samples for BD (there is always some compression with this method) http://www.soilmoisture.com/soil-sampling/ see products 0200 / 0200CS or 0212 (they have European distributors). Volume replacement method is best if your soil may suffer from distortion/compaction on sampling (or if it has stones in it. This is more time consuming in the field.
I second Desouza, we also use Eijelkamp although with BD technique can be as important. I would in soil that compress easily (eg arable soil) take the samples in sections. For example if you want BD to 0-5 cm and 5-10cm, sample to 5 cm, bag the sample them re sample the same hole to 10 cm, each time using the surface of the surrounding undisturbed soil as a reference for depth. You need to be careful that the hole does collapse but it is normally OK on the soil I tend to sample.
Eijelkamp soil core sampler may be suited for your requirement. generally, up to 2 m depth, you can take undisturbed cor samples. it is best for heavy and hard soils as well.
