When the letter type is changed?

I work for Ericsson and for Figures, we have a prescibed letter type. However, when I uploaded my last publication to Researchgate, the Ericsson logo disappeared and letter type has been changed. In the case of a previous publication it is not so. What shall I do to preserve my given format?

Title of my publication where letter type was changed is "Investigation of semiconductor mixers with high IP3". Title of my publication where letter type was not changed is "Extension of the concept of the third order intercept point".
