For mitochondria staining of my sunflower cells, I dilute stock DMSO disolved Mitotracker Green directly in the culture medium at 5 nM final concentration.

Stock solution should be made in DMSO. The working solution (20–200 nM) can be made in PBS. The cells should be stained for at least 30 minutes.
