When i dry anode slurry on copper foil, Copper foil is oxidated. How do I solve this problem?

After I dry a Sulfur slurry for Li-SB cathode in a vacuum oven, Copper foil is oxidated in the same vacuum oven.

Do you use a vacuum oven for anode and cathode respectively?

I want to take a solution of this problem, plz.....
