I am trying to order some primers already published in the literature. The paper only has the sequence with the regions highlighted, but doesn't explicitly say what the FIP and BIP primers are. I have seen other papers do this and the combination of F1c and F2 matches the sequence for the FIP primer. Any help at all would be greatly appreciated.

Yes, you are right. The FIP primer is made up from the sequences F1c and F2. The BIP primer is B1c plus B2.
Sometimes, just to remind and reassure myself, I look at papers describing LAMP assays where they give both the positions of the binding sites and the full primer sets in a table. As an example, look at Figure 2 in this paper: http://aem.asm.org/content/73/12/4040.full
