Will it kill it, considering F/2 is usually more suitable as a medium for saltwater species and B. sudeticus is a freshwater sample? I usually grow most of my freshwater samples in WC media, but it is complex to make.
F/2 should be fine. The vitamins may or may not be necessary. Be careful with the vitamin issue though. Nutritionists think of vitamins in absolute terms. According to them a vitamin is essential if the thing dies without it, no matter how badly it grows. Some photosynthetic bacteria will just survive if you only add paraminobenzoic acid but grow much much better with other vitamins such as Niacin added in addition to PABA. Most algae like added B-12.
