Hi!

I have a question to a gating strategy for Sorting my cells of interest. I also attached a file to become my problem more clear.

I want to use 2 gates but they are just next to each other, would cells on the edge, for example the ones in red circles be recognized and sort? Or will they be missed out?

And if there needs to be a gap between 2 gates, how narrow it can be?
