Was quantifying clinical chemotherapeutic efficacy with FDG (radioactive glucose). This general read of metabolism a good match for highly metabolically active cancer cells. However, some treatment protocols involved blocking glucose metabolism. So, interested in tracking tumor growth of cancer cells including those that might not be metabolizing much glucose. Suggestions?
