I love it, it is an excellent idea. BUT, since they are industrial wastes, one must definitely consider their potential negative effects on human. In other words, it is an excellent and practical idea, as long as they don't impose any danger to the people using those materials.
I love it as an idea. However, it needs to be investigated from many points of view. for instance they can use their properties when they are exposed to some environments, or they can be dangerous. Overall, I think it is a really good idea.
I am of the opinion that it is an excellent and even essential idea. The production of Portland cement is energy-intensive and responsible for significant emissions of CO2. The cement industry consumes about 3 billion tonnes of natural resources per year all over the world and its energy consumption accounts for about 7% of the total energy consumption. The sustainability of the cement and concrete industries is imperative to the well-being of our society, environment, and mankind’s development. on the other hand, as a result of industrial development and urbanization, billion tons of industrial wastes and by-products are generated annually. it is thought that using some of these by-products as a cement admixture or as an aluminosilicate source material for geopolymerization is an effective way to consume such a large quantity of waste and reducing the environmental impact of the cement industry and other related industries.
In my view, the use of industrial wastes is only being encouraged on a smaller scale. Therefore, more awareness is required to manifest this idea into reality.
