Hi, we're doing impedance spectroscopy on some ionically conductive thin films and generated cole-cole modulus plots as well. The plots show one semicircle, indicating one relaxation process, which was expected - but they also have a straight and variously slanted tail towards the higher frequencies on the right side of the semicircle. What does this tail mean? It doesn't look like the beginning of another relaxation process, and I would assume it has nothing to do with the Nyquist plot warburg tail, which occurs at low frequencies. Thanks in advance, any feedback is much appreciated.
