You cannot use parametric tests, such as those suggested by Ajit Singh since we are dealing with subjective, non-normally distributed answers (or interval data) from scale-based surveys. You have to use a non-parametric test, such as Chi square, which predicts expected outcomes against observed. It's the only way :)
