For normally distributed parameters amongst study population, certain very simple statistical tests are available:
1. For quantitative variables/parameters = Paired/Unpaired t test.
2. For qualitative variables/parameters = Mc Nemar’s or Chi square test
3. For simple descriptive trend analysing parameters against divided period of time= Moving average method....

If your work contains two variables/parameters, you can use paired t-test.
