I am importing RR interval (taken from EmwavePro, HeartMath Inc) and using the data (txt) file in Kubios Premium. There are multiple artifact correction options in Kubios and each option gives different value (e.g. SDNN changes from >800 to 100 to 80 !).
Is there a recommended approach here? Anyone with similar experience? May I request your insights please?
@ Michael Lang very helpful. I am happy to share data sample with you. I am still learning how to use Kubios HRV and I appreciate your guidance. I have attached 3 samples (approx 5 mins each) using Emwave Pro and this is the data I checked using Kubios.
I am hoping not to do any pulse analysis and would like to do HRV analysis. (I have Bittium Farros however i plan to use that for longer duration recording since emwave is easier to use for multiple user tests).
I can do more reading though I felt the readings attached should not have many other noise elements (though I may be wrong)

And Kubios Premium does provide instructions on how to use emwave pro data (RR interval) so using emwave RR data may not be perfect but not a "complete no no" as per my understanding.
@Michael Lang, I didn't realize you replied and hence slow response. I have seen quite a few research papers using emwave RR data with Kubios. I am using (a) Base - 5 min recording (b) slow breathing - 5 mins at specific fequency (c) humming. The results are very consistent with some new/surprises. Happy to share 3 of my examples to you (separately via email).
