Hi, BNSP and BNSP333 are rabies virus vectors with an extra transcriptional unit added for cloning in an antigen of interest plus some engineered mutations for safety - its explained in: Mckenna etal 2003. J. Virol. December vol. 77 no. 23: p12782-12794. Hope this is of help.
Having worked with this construct, the most informative paper would be McGettigan's 2003 JVI paper. The naming was based on the positioning of the various restriction sites (BsiWI, NheI, SmaI, PacI) throughout the genome, and illustrated quite well in figure 1.
