Now a days i am facing a situation where i can not switch my job, I don't have resources to continue research work, seniors or helpless, Boss is not allowing for collaborative research.

That is describing me to some measure. I am allowed to do education research only in this college. But I am interested in several fields. I don't get a research grant. So I find opportunity to collaborate with RG friends on their area of expertise. At least this is tolerated, because I do not use office hours for my research.
