In building methodological framework for citizen-centric smart city platform, it is essential to keep up with sustaining technological trends. Technology is an enabler of the platform operations and functionalities and we need to understand what would be, apart from data privacy context, issues to be monitored, measured, controlled and improved during platform lifecycle in order to enable predictive data use for the public administrations and public agencies for pro-active and legally compliant policy creation.
