What would it take to capture all light reflections from all objects on the planet?

IF we capture every light reflection from every reflecting particle, would we be able to capture and store the events as they unfold?

As an extension, would it be possible to create a network of reflecting prisms to do live streaming of events as they happen? Is this what FSO networking will result in its fullest form?
