Greetings everyone, I am about to start working with Pichia pastoris expression system. Thus, I would like to surely know, which Kozak sequence would be the most efficient.

I came up with these sequences:

• GAAACG (Anikó Várnai et al., 2014)
• CGAAACG (Mudassar Ahmad et al., 2014)
• (G/A)NNATGG (Invitrogen manual)

In addition, the sequence of the protein to be expressed is:

• ATG GCA GAT TTA ATC AGC CCA GGA GTT.

Could You please recommend me the most efficient Kozak sequence? Any kind of help would be appreciated.
