You can use either 25 C or 35 C, but if you are following CLSI M38_A reference method, the recommended incubation temperature is 35 C.

I think you got sufficiently confused by the ranges our friends are proving. I must say that until unless specified in a particular method or monograph, fungi grow well at room temperature (25-28). Best of luck.
As both fungi, Aspergillus fumigatus and Candida albicans grow well at 25 degree centigare, you can incubate at 25 degree centigrade for drug sensitivity test.However,for routine isolation of fungi from clinical samples, we always used 25 and 37 degree centigrade.
According to CLSI and EUCAST standards, you need to incubate Candida cells at 35°C.
As several have noted, to meet certain standards, like CLSI, C. albicans is done at 35°C. However, I would use 37°C as it relevant to normal body temps C. albicans grows at. (25°C is ok, but you'll only get yeast cell growth and could miss out on differentiation effects.)
..hello there, Dana Davis is right, should be as close as possible to human body temp, 37°C ... when we test pathogens we make always OD measurement at this temp.
While the fungi asked about here can grow in the 25-30 range, it is not the case that 'all fungi can grow at 25-30'.
