Not all tanks are created equal.
Perhaps the tank is insulated with polyisocyanurate foam - in which case the blowing agent in the foam will diffuse out of the foam over time and slightly increase the conductivity of the foam.
Perhaps the tank is vacuum insulated - in which case blowing agent loss is not important, but the tank will be mechanically heavy, fragile, and expensive.
Could you tell us a little more about the system you are considering? There is no single 'best' tank, and it also will depend on the temperature at which the fluid is stored.
(hot water at 60°C? Molten salt at 800°C?)
Knowing the temperature will allow other failure mechanisms to be clarified.

Sir I want to design a storage tank with a storage material of temp 100-150 where it can be used for hot water applications or solar cooking , material mostly would be pcm, and at the same time, i have also an idea of using this storage tank as a fry pan.
